Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE EASY!!!

We hope you love what you've ordered, but if there's an issue or you're not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY: If your order is received damaged, defective or is the wrong item, you may return it for a store credit or exchange ONLY. You have 10 calendar days from the shipping date to return the merchandise. A store credit or exchange will ONLY be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition. We do not give refunds under any circumstances.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE DETAILS

· For hygienic purposes, all earrings are FINAL SALE (UNLESS THE WRONG ITEM(s) WERE RECEIVED OR ITEM(s) WERE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE).

· Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.

· Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the shipping date listed on your Invoice. Items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.

· Allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.

EXCHANGES

· Contact Passhion IV Fashion's Customer service to process your exchange.

· Exchange your original item by filling out the return form found on your Invoice, including the reason code for each exchange.

· Pack your item securely and include your completed form.

· You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and/or tracked.

· You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.

· You will not receive your exchanged item until we receive your returned item.

· You will not be charged to ship your exchange.

RETURNS

· Return your item(s) by filling out the fields on the Invoice found in your original order, the reason code for each returned item.

· Pack your return securely and include your completed form.

· You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and/or tracked.
