PAYMENT FAQs .................................................................................................

Q: WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: Passhion IV Fashion accepts Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. You may also pay with a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CASH AS PAYMENT.

Q: WHY WAS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER?

A: Don't worry, your card was not charged twice. Your statement will read "pending authorization" for the amount of your purchase until your Bank has verified the funds are available. Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see your final charge, not a duplicate charge. Passhion IV Fashion will only charge you for the items shipped.

Q: HOW DOES YOUR COMPANIES NAME SHOW ON MY BANK/CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS?

A: It will show on your statement as PAYPAL*PASSHIONIV.

Q: CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE STORE CREDIT ON MY PURCHASE?

A: Yes! To pay for an order with up to two Passhion IV Fashion store credits simply submit your order via email to Customer Service and the rest will be taken care of!

Q: DOES MY STORE CREDIT EVER EXPIRE?

A: Yes. All store credits expire one calendar year from the date issued.

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

A: Yes, Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may differ slightly from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.

Q: CAN I SPLIT THE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER BETWEEN STORE CREDIT AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

A: Yes. You may place your order via email. Your store credit will be applied and we can either bill the card we have on file for you or the new card number you provide using our Square card reader for the difference.

Q: CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

A:Regrettably, we are unable to accept Credit/Debit cards over the phone to pay for you order.

Q: IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

A: Yes. All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT "SUBMIT"?

A: Call us immediately at +1.480.553.2469. As long as the order isn't too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you so it isn't delayed any further.

PHONE HOURS: Monday through Friday 7AM-6PM (Pacific Standard Time) and Saturday 7AM-5PM (Pacific Standard Time).

Q: WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MAKING CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

A: You will not be charged for making changes to your order, however you may see a "pending authorization" on your bank account until your Bank verifies that the funds are available, Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see you final charge, only for the items that actually shipped.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

A: You will receive an order number via email. Make sure you only click the "Submit" button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.

Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

A: There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing messages from getting to you.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER?

A: It's easy! Review our returns/exchange policy on you invoice found in your order.

Q: WHAT IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER US DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Q: CAN I BACK-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT?

A: No. We experience a fast-paced turnover of styles and need to make room for new merchandise. With very popular items, the product may be placed back into inventory. If there is a product that you really want, send us an email to passhionivfashionllc@gmail.com.

Q: CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

A:Regrettably, we do not accept orders by phone.

PLEASE NOTE: PASSHION IV FASHION'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Q: DOES PASSHION IV FASHION OFFER GIFT BOXES OR GIFT WRAPPING?

A:We offer gift boxes during the holiday season. Just add them to your order when you're checking out. We will select the appropriate size and number for your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Passhion IV Fashion ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions.

Q: HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

A:All orders are shipping Flat Rate Priority Shipping through the United States Postal Service.

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

A:All orders take a standard 1-2 day processing time. Orders will be delivered 2-3 business days after processing.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

A:The cost is a $5.00 flat rate shipping cost per order.

Q: DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

A:Yes. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping, always a $5.00 flat rate.

Q: I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM(S). WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

A: All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, but are not processed or shipped on holidays. Don't forget to allow 1 business day for order processing. Q: WHY DOESN'T THE USPS WEB SITE RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR AN ORDER I PLACED?

A:Your tracking number won't be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This allows USPS to update their system.

Q: HOW WILL YOU NOTIFY ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

A: All order communication is done via email, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.
